Enterprise Data Modeling & Architecture

•         15+ years of hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale data assets

•         Proven expertise in highly performant Operational Data Stores (ODS) and near real-time Data Warehouses

•         Strong knowledge of industry-standard data modeling methodologies including Kimball and Inmon

•         Extensive experience creating Conceptual, Logical, Physical, and ER data models

•         Hands-on expertise with data modeling tools such as Erwin

•         Strong financial services domain experience including accounts, cards, payments, and digital processing2. Modern Data Platforms & Performance Engineering• Expert-level SQL development, data analysis, and performance tuning

•         Strong experience with Oracle Exadata, MongoDB, and Snowflake

•         Hands-on experience building and optimizing Snowflake solutions

•         Experience developing pipelines, stored procedures, data sharing, and tuning performance in Snowflake

•         Experience with event streaming and event-driven data warehousing architectures

•         Design and deliver world-class enterprise data architecture

•         Support robust data governance, scalability, and performance

•         Operate across cloud and on-prem platforms

•         Serve as a hands-on data modeling expert within a complex financial services environment

Key Responsibilities

•         Design enterprise-wide data architecture enforcing governance, standards, and best practices

•         Create and maintain ER, conceptual, logical, and physical data models

•         Lead data modeling and design sessions with business users and technical teams

•         Drive data reuse and standardization across the enterprise

•         Perform data analysis, profiling, and reverse/forward engineering

•         Develop source-to-target mappings and end-to-end process documentation

•         Build and optimize high-performance physical data models

•         Develop and tune SQL, stored procedures, pipelines, and data shares in Snowflake

•         Implement event-based and near real-time data warehousing solutions

•         Create dashboards and presentations using Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel

•         Use Python scripting and Splunk for monitoring, alerts, ingestion, and reporting automation

•         Maintain an evergreen enterprise data catalog with full metadata and lineage

•         Collaborate on data pipeline development using Matillion, SnapLogic, or dbt (nice to have)

•         Apply industry reference models such as BIAN, IBM Banking & Financial Markets Model, and ISO 20022

•         Coach, mentor, and support junior data modeling and analytics resourcesQualifications
