About the RoleAs an IT Service Desk Technician, you'll be the first line of defense for end-user support-resolving technical issues, managing hardware setups, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. What You'll Do Daily
- Serve as the first point of contact for all user support needs, including computer hardware, software, and telecommunication issues.
- Answer and triage incoming requests via phone, email, chat, and the customer portal.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices to quickly resolve technical problems.
- Utilize available resources to provide first-call resolution or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Document, track, and monitor all incidents to ensure timely resolution and communication with end-users.
- Maintain strong customer service standards and ensure progress updates are shared with users.
- Identify and report recurring technical trends that require deeper problem or change management.
- Manage hardware imaging, maintenance, and deployment through Depot Services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support IT initiatives and contribute to overall system efficiency.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience providing IT or technical support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) and general desktop support tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in fast-paced situations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in providing exceptional service.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a professional appearance in a business casual environment.
