Agentic AI Task Engineer / Agentic AI Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an Agentic AI Task Engineer to design, build, and manage autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, executing tasks, and collaborating with humans and systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, orchestration, and tool-based AI workflows, and can translate business problems into reliable agentic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI systems that can plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks autonomously
• Build AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
• Define agent roles, goals, memory, tools, and feedback loops
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party tools
• Develop task orchestration, decision-making logic, and agent collaboration workflows
• Implement prompt strategies, tool calling, and function execution
• Monitor agent behavior, performance, hallucinations, and failure modes
• Optimize agents for reliability, scalability, cost, and security
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deploy real-world AI use cases
• Document agent architectures, workflows, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.)
• Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool calling, memory, and retrieval (RAG)
• Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, and cloud services
• Understanding of task planning, state management, and agent coordination
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-agent systems
• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps (logging, monitoring, evaluation)
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools
• Background in AI safety, guardrails, and compliance
• Exposure to enterprise automation, RPA, or business process automation
