Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and OmniStudio
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado and GitHub
- Configure and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft)
- Automate testing, validation, and code quality checks
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and resolve environment inconsistencies
- Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to streamline delivery
- Maintain source control standards, branching strategies, and code reviews
- Monitor deployments to ensure performance, reliability, and minimal downtime
Skills Must have
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce DX
- Proven experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Copado and GitHub
- Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment strategies and multi-environment management
- Experience with automated testing, code quality tools, and release optimization
- Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Nice to have
- Copado Certified DevOps Engineer
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments
- Ability to mentor team members on DevOps and Salesforce best practices
