Location: Fairfield, NJ (Hybrid - At least 3 days from Office)

Job Description:
We re seeking an experienced Salesforce System Architect to drive strategic and technical direction for our Training Services business. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business objectives and technology, ensuring scalable, cost-effective Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and IT leaders to define technology roadmaps and strategies.
- Lead Salesforce architecture, design sessions, and solution delivery.
- Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring technical and business alignment.
- Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies (AI, cloud, integration).
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, data governance, and security practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure system continuity and performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ in leadership or architecture roles.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce platform and enterprise-grade implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, integrations (ESB/iPaaS/API), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
- Salesforce certifications (CTA, System Architect, Application Architect preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, and SAFe
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
