- Experience in Disaster Recovery Planning, Architecture, and Risk Management would be a plus. Skills would be technical knowledge (architecture, servers, databases, backup, cloud, etc.), Microsoft products (Intermediate Excel), and effective communication (verbal and written).

- The role is functional based yet partners with IT teams so some level of technology understanding would be necessary.
- Not Oracle Fusion. There is a product called Fusion Framework System, from a company called Fusion Risk Management. It is built on the Salesforce platform. Anyone with experience in Fusion Framework System or Salesforce would be nice. Other tools in the industry may include ServiceNow Business Continuity, Continuity Logic, RSA Archer Business Resiliency, or Recovery Planner. There are other systems; however, these are the primary ones that I m familiar with through industry meetings.
- Unfortunately, this rate is my maximum rate. If we need to go more junior (out of college, etc.), then I will consider that.
- Basic architecture knowledge is preferred.
- Yes, candidates that have worked in Disaster Recovery, or Information Technology, would be considered regardless of DR/BC tool experience.

Job Description:
General Function:
The contractor will play an active role in supporting the Enterprise Resilience Office (ERO) annual initiatives. The ERO is comprised of the following programs: Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery (DR), Response & Recovery, and Operational Resilience.
This position involves partnering with the Information Technology (IT) Line of Business owners and representatives as they navigate the Disaster Recovery Program lifecycle and requirements, ensuring the development, maintenance, and validation of effective technology resilience strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving day-to-day interaction with plan coordinators by supporting their completion of DR initiatives.
- Following up on open tasks and DR initiatives across the organization.
- Supporting Disaster Recovery Program by educating employees on program initiatives, processes, and the use of the Disaster Recovery planning system (Fusion Framework System).
- Supporting the Enterprise Resilience Office by assisting with data integrity reviews and ensuring quality data being captured and used within the planning system (Fusion Framework System).
- Performing governance activities for the Disaster Recovery Program, such as providing expert review on submitted strategies and plans.
Perform as a resource and contact for plan coordinators when creating and maintaining their application disaster recovery plans and other DR initiatives. - Deliver support for users of the ERO planning system (Fusion Framework System).
- Support ERO Team members during business disruptions, as needed.
- Work collaboratively and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and abilities Required:
- Educational Requirement: College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT, Business Operations, Logistics, Emergency Response, or Event Planning.
- Communication Requirement: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred Experience: Previously worked or studied within the practice of operational resilience, emergency management, business continuity, or disaster recovery.
- Preferred Experience: Previously worked within a Financial Institution, or other heavily regulated industry.
- Ability to build upon Enterprise Resilience knowledge and pass knowledge on to others to broaden team scope of Enterprise Resilience, enhancing overall Bancorp resilience.
- Demonstrated organizational, leadership and facilitation skills.
- Team-oriented and flexible, adaptable to virtual team environment. Views learning as an ongoing effective means to drive performance.
- Proficient in most Windows Office based technologies and software programs
Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature, etc.
