Summary
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyse customer requirements and develop strategic solution proposals.
- Design and deliver NetSuite product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and detailed solution roadmaps.
- Lead response efforts for RFPs, scope estimations, and implementation planning.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and alignment meetings.
- Guide customers on NetSuite best practices, adoption strategies, and platform capabilities.
- Oversee full-cycle NetSuite
deployments, including design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities. - Serve as functional lead across key modules such as Financials, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Management, Inventory/WMS, Projects, and Manufacturing.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable system specifications and configurations.
- Work cross-functionally with technical and change management teams to ensure project success.
- Provide post-implementation support, optimization services, and ongoing improvement guidance.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal delivery best practices.
- 15 years of NetSuite consulting experience with full-cycle implementation responsibility.
- Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales functions, including customer workshops, demos, and solution scoping.
- Robust knowledge in one or more business domains (Finance & Accounting preferred; Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Wholesale/Retail also valued).
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Experience with the Suite Success methodology is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or related field.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant, Suite Foundation, or Financial User certifications preferred.
- Strong connects with Oracle NetSuite Sales team.
