We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with strong expertise in Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. Certification is preferred due to system role requirements.

🔹 Required Skills & Expertise

• Certified in Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules: Absence, Time Tracking & Payroll
• In-depth knowledge of:
– Modern time tracking methodologies
– Global & local payroll regulations
– Absence management best practices
• Ability to translate complex HCM concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
