Product Configuration Manager

We are looking for a Product Configuration Manager. This is a full-time hybrid position in Raleigh, North Carolina with our client. In this role as a Product Configuration Manager, you will be leading company s product configuration, provide leadership and technical oversight. Product Configuration Manager will partner closely with delivery teams, business solution architects, QA, and operations to ensure high-quality, well-tested product changes across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities as a Product Configuration Manager:

• Lead system analysis, functional specifications, impact analysis, testing practices, and incident management
• Supports ongoing product updates and CI/CD capabilities
• Championing Agile/Scrum best practices
• Establish strong process guardrails
• Translate vision into scalable, efficient execution

Required skills and qualification as a Product Configuration Manager:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in an engineering role
• 5+ years of experience in a property & casualty insurance setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
• Prior insurance product development or exposure to underwriting or agency operations
