Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our team. This is a remote-optional role based in Eastern time zone. The role involves building, training and supporting Power Platform solutions. Using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other components of the product suite, you will create end-to-end solutions to support end user requirements and work to hand off ownership and front-line support to the business team. These solutions should follow ALM best practices, adhere to enterprise environment strategy and provide quality documentation for sustainable support.

Essential Job Functions:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver tailored solutions based on data, automation, and reporting requirements.

Design and develop interactive Canvas and Model Driven Power Apps, leveraging integrations with Power Automate and Power BI to create end-to-end solutions for business processes.

Connect to various data sources (including but not limited to SSMS, Dataverse, SharePoint, etc) and create user-friendly applications.

Partner with the Power Platform Architect to plan, implement and monitor solutions in the tenant to ensure compliance with enterprise environment strategy and documented solution ownership.

Monitor the application performance and add optimization for better scalability and user experience.

Ensure the integrity, accuracy and stability of delivered solutions with Production Runbooks and Hand-off Documentation.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or similar.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development or related field with in-depth experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

Strong knowledge of Power Fx, using pipelines to deploy solutions across environments, and the benefits of tool selection in the Power Platform suite.

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and security needs.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to gather requirements and present findings.
