Core Responsibilities:
Baseline Documentation Management
- Prepare and maintain security baseline configuration documents aligned with industry standards (e.g., STIG, CIS) and vendor requirements.
- Manage changes and updates to existing baselines and create new ones as needed. [ISD Securi...- Current | Word]
Review and Evaluation
- Verify Jira components for baseline requests.
- Evaluate technologies to determine if a security baseline is required.
- Review evidence supporting the retirement of outdated baselines. [ISD Securi...dology (1) | Word]
Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with product owners, asset class owners, and SMEs for draft reviews.
- Request approvals from stakeholders and internal team leadership before publication.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
SKILLS:
CIS/STIG Benchmarks, Agile Methodologies, Project management, MS office
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with security standards like STIG and CIS benchmarks.
Understanding of configuration management and compliance frameworks.
