Project Manager

Responsibilities:

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders in a cross-functional, matrixed environment to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). The position requires experience working in Agile project environments, creating and maintaining project artifacts such as Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), and ensuring end-to-end traceability across the project lifecycle. The role also includes presenting project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior leadership. Strong proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (MS Office suite, Jira, Confluence, Jama, SmartSheets, Steelray, etc.) is required. Domain knowledge in Medicaid, managed care, MMIS, health claims processing, or population health management is highly valued. PMP certification is required to support structured project governance and delivery.
