Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator / HRIT Reporting & Data Analyst
Location: Downtown Chicago, IL (Onsite 4 5 days/week)
Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $25-28/hr
Overview:
We are seeking two Human Resources professionals to support HR operations and analytics for a large, fast-paced organization. These roles will support regional and global HR teams through administrative coordination, reporting, data analysis, and system-driven insights. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working onsite in a collaborative environment.
Role 1: Human Resources Coordinator / Administrative Support
This role supports HR leadership and teams through coordination, scheduling, reporting, and operational administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to HR leadership
- Coordinate meetings, events, orientations, and recognition programs
- Process invoices, billbacks, and vendor documentation
- Support onboarding/offboarding activities and HR communications
- Maintain HR tracking, workflows, and reporting cycles
- Assist with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition reporting and logistics
Qualifications:
- 2 4 years of HR coordination or administrative experience
- Strong Msft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Role 2: HRIT Reporting & Data Analyst
This role focuses on HR data reporting, analytics, and system-driven insights across multiple HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards
- Extract and analyze employee and HR data from multiple systems
- Perform audits, data validation, and quality checks
- Support ad-hoc and recurring HR analytics requests
- Collaborate with HR, HRIT, Payroll, and Analytics teams
- Create reporting documentation and data definitions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR reporting or HRIS/HRIT experience
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with reporting or analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Alteryx preferred)
- Understanding of HR or payroll data and confidentiality requirements
Additional Information:
- Onsite work required (32 40 hours/week depending on role)
- Contract role with potential extensions
