6-12 months Contract to Hire. 

15% travel all reimbursed

We are currently seeking for Oracle Retail Solution Architect / MFCS – Merchandise Foundation Cloud Services to join our growing delivery team in North America.

What you’ll be doing:

Participate in the implementation of comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions, as cornerstones of large transformation programs in retail;

Act as a Solution Architect for Oracle Retail workstream, bridging business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring scalable, integrated, and efficient retail systems aligned with enterprise strategy. Lead a team of functional and technical Oracle Retail Consultants;

Preparation and execution of workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions that better fit the overall client requirements, from both technical and functional perspectives;

Produce architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications;

Validate technical specifications for the components to be developed to fulfill the identified requirements, in alignment with the established architecture;

Coordinate, from a technical perspective, the development team responsible to build the specified components;

Support the solution Go-live preparation, execution, and stabilization.

What we are looking for:

+10 years of experience implementing Oracle Retail solutions, with focus in Merchandising modules:

MFCS – Merchandise Foundation Cloud Services

ORMS – Oracle Retail Merchandising System

OReSA – Oracle Retail Sales Audit /SACS – Sales Audit Cloud Services

ORPM – Oracle Retail Price Management / RPCS – Retail Pricing Cloud Services

OReIM – Oracle Retail Invoice Matching / ReIMCS -Retail Invoice Matching Cloud Services

ORTM – Oracle Retail Trade Management /TMCS – Trade Management Cloud Services

ORAlloc – Oracle Retail Allocations / Allocations Cloud Services

Strong understanding of retail processes (merchandising, inventory, pricing, promotions, replenishment);

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate between business and technical teams;

Understanding in the technologies part of each application technical stack will be a plus;

Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;

Certifications in the tools or technologies will be a plus;

Degree in IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering will be a plus;
