The Fleet Management systems, including EDGE, Fleet Commissions, Fleet Web, and Autodata, are web-based applications built using J2EE technology and are integrated with our PeopleSoft financials system as well as our Oracle BI data warehouse. This position offers the opportunity to work fully remote, with team members expected to work within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor activities of one or more project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, identify required skills and resources, and develop detailed work plans.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and conduct interim and post-project reviews.
• Conduct quality assurance audits and ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
• Anticipate and identify project issues and risks, recommend solutions, and work with senior management to implement them.
• Manage Jira boards, facilitate agile ceremony meetings, and escalate issues to product owners.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and project plans while ensuring alignment with other teams.
• Assess project status to determine if deadlines will be met and make recommendations as needed.
• Take ownership and accountability for driving team and tasks forward while holding team members accountable.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
• Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
• 6+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in IT.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proficient knowledge in gathering and documenting business requirements and requirements traceability through the development lifecycle.
• Experience managing content for sprints and monthly releases, ensuring stories are completed by published deadlines.
• Strong task management abilities, including identifying necessary steps to solutions and driving initiatives to completion.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a remote environment.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• PMP certification.

Pay Range: $60 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
