Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor activities of one or more project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, identify required skills and resources, and develop detailed work plans.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and conduct interim and post-project reviews.
- Conduct quality assurance audits and ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Anticipate and identify project issues and risks, recommend solutions, and work with senior management to implement them.
- Manage Jira boards, facilitate agile ceremony meetings, and escalate issues to product owners.
- Plan and coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and project plans while ensuring alignment with other teams.
- Assess project status to determine if deadlines will be met and make recommendations as needed.
- Take ownership and accountability for driving team and tasks forward while holding team members accountable.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
- Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
- 6+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in IT.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Proficient knowledge in gathering and documenting business requirements and requirements traceability through the development lifecycle.
- Experience managing content for sprints and monthly releases, ensuring stories are completed by published deadlines.
- Strong task management abilities, including identifying necessary steps to solutions and driving initiatives to completion.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- PMP certification.
