Job DetailsQualifications (Needed):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management in manufacturing or assembly sectors
- Strong background in electronics sales and OEM manufacturing markets
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of U.S. and Chinese manufacturing markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, the person will be responsible for driving sales of custom manufacturing and assembly solutions, with a particular focus on electronics, to a variety of clients in the U.S. and China. They will actively identify potential customers, reach out to them, and build long-term relationships by understanding each client's unique needs and challenges. This involves creating tailored solutions that meet client specifications and presenting these solutions in a clear, persuasive way.
The person will develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue, expanding the company's market presence, and staying ahead of competitors. They will monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and adjust their approach to ensure continued growth. Collaboration is also a key part of the role-they will work closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to make sure customer projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
Additionally, the Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for tracking sales performance, preparing forecasts and reports for management, and attending industry events or client meetings as needed. Essentially, they serve as the bridge between clients and the company's technical teams, making sure both sides are aligned and satisfied while meeting business growth targets.
