Technical
Google Sheets-
very good experience with proven ability writing formulas, managing data to efficiently manage process throughput, compensate to overcome data gaps with dashboards, and measure and report process throughput.
SQL-
proven understanding of query syntax and what the query is doing. comfortable running existing queries, modifying existing queries. Ability to create new queries (reuse or new) a bonus.
Data management-
understands data, what it represents, and how it s organized/presented. Understands where data gaps may exist to effectively and efficiently manage a process, and is able to create compensating solutions (eg write formulas to partition data sets, or manage a process)
Google slides-
very good experience and ability to use existing features (eg linking to sheets).
Tools/applications-
an ability to quickly learn existing applications their intent and purpose, and effectively use them to drive work. An existing understanding of an application s place in a broader technology environment, with an existing ability to understand how the application interfaces with other applications, and the methods to do so (eg APIs, ETL processes, manual intervention, etc). Will not develop, but need the understanding to be able to hold an equal conversation with others who are technical.
Non-technical:
a background in cybersecurity
a background in process management (EX: yellow belt, lean belt would be a PLUS)
a background in control management or an understanding of its principles (eg ensuring completeness and accuracy, timeliness, etc)
Soft skills:
excellent communication, able to handle business, audit, and technical discussions
excellent time management, able to multitask, drive compliant results with timeliness
excellent customer focus and teamwork,
