A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The role supports development build activities for System Engineering Project Services (EPS). It's responsible for managing procurement-related activities, coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams, and ensuring accurate tracking of budgets, materials, and prototype builds. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide development build support for System EPS projects.
Track prototype units with vendors to ensure accurate delivery, status, and disposition.
Partner with engineering and operations teams to support build schedules and project milestones.
Actively manage budget purchase requisitions and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, costs, and approvals.
Set up and maintain vendor accounts and purchasing documentation.
Coordinate shipments, including international logistics and customs clearance.
Communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, materials, and vendor transactions.
Track and manage prototype materials and excess inventory.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure secure destruction of excess materials and prototypes.
Maintain compliance with internal policies related to asset handling and security.
Qualifications:
3 5 years of experience in engineering operations, project coordination, procurement, or a related role.
Experience supporting engineering builds or development programs preferred.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with procurement systems, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools.

Pay range: $ 48.00 - $ 63.00 (DOE)
