ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative
RPA Developer to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions, primarily using
UiPath. Experience with
UiPath Document Understanding is highly preferred. Familiarity with
Microsoft Power Automate is a strong plus. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about
AI Agents and automation, who is eager to contribute to transformative technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements
- Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions for performance and scalability
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and operational support materials
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation strategies
- Provide production support, including monitoring and resolving incidents related to RPA workflows
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security, compliance, and governance of automation solutions
Qualifications- 2-5 years of professional experience in RPA development
- Strong proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components)
- Preference for experience with UiPath Document Understanding
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus
- Enthusiasm for AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies
- Broader software development experience (e.g., .NET, C#, VB or Python) is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and web services integration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred
