Requirements:

15+ years of Oracle ERP experience
Strong in Oracle SCM & Manufacturing
Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) highly desired
Experience with O2C, P2P, Inventory, Demand to Build
3PL integrations experience
Knowledge of ITIL; exposure to ServiceNow / ITSM
Experience leading onsite/offshore teams
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

Lead techno-functional discussions
Manage critical production issues
Support 247 global support model
Present weekly status to customers
