IT Enterprise Business Analyst (Tosca Automation)

Title: IT Enterprise Business Analyst (Tosca Automation)

We re seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Business Analyst with strong Tosca test automation expertise to support motor vehicle regulation systems in a highly compliant government environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans using Tricentis Tosca
• Create model-based test cases and data-driven scenarios
• Perform regression testing and service pack acceptance testing
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders from a testing perspective
• Produce detailed defect reports (severity, impact, screenshots/logs)
• Retest and validate fixes using Tosca
• Ensure compliance with Georgia IT security and privacy standards
• Manage test data, maintain documentation, and train junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with Tosca test automation
• Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or 2 preferred
• Experience in regulated or government environments is a plus
