You will collaborate with FPGA specialists, microwave experts, and cross functional groups to deliver end to end digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing, coding, and verifying complex FPGA architectures that embed DSP, encryption, networking, and microwave circuit control.
Developing RTL logic, register transfer level (RTL) code, and supporting circuitry for multi function modules.
Creating and maintaining firmware and design requirement documents that define system architecture and performance targets.
Performing hardware and firmware debugging in the lab using state of the art test equipment and oscilloscopes.
Leveraging the latest FPGA families with embedded ARM processors to meet SW HW integration goals.
Conducting peer reviews of firmware code and digital designs to ensure quality, standards compliance, and traceability.
Selecting devices, evaluating part availability, and managing component obsolescence to keep designs manufacturable and affordable.
Working closely with test, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering teams to validate designs through prototypes, SIL/ HIL testing, and production hand offs.
Supporting wireless datalink communication system development for missile and fire control applications.
Contributing to continuous learning initiatives, sharing knowledge, and mentoring junior engineers in best practices.
