Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of IT Security Provisioning to lead the provisioning of IT security resources. In this hybrid role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of IT security solutions, from planning and deployment to maintenance, while driving efficiency, innovation, and alignment with organizational goals. This position requires strong collaboration with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, and offers the opportunity to shape security and provisioning practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee IT security provisioning processes and operational workflows, including Role-Based Access and IGA solutions.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Epic, and Business Applications.

Lead strategic roadmaps to automate provisioning processes.

Provide oversight for Digital Certificate Management, Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On, and related systems.

Manage solution implementation from planning, building, testing, training, deployment, and optimization.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure systems meet business needs.

Lead and mentor the IT Security Provisioning team, including budgeting, policy development, and talent management.

Participate in governance committees, cross-functional projects, and industry organizations to stay current on technologies and best practices.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and policy for Information Security.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years managing IT processes, applications, or systems, preferably in healthcare or related industries.

3+ years in a leadership role.

Strong technical skills and understanding of information processing best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects efficiently and strategically.

Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Innovative mindset with focus on process improvement, recruitment, and retention.
Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hybrid schedule with onsite presence required once per week

Local travel to corporate sites as needed
