Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as primary delivery and product liaison across vendor partners
* Own coordination of multi site rollouts, with 4 locations going live in parallel
* Support implementation of IoT/Bluetooth tracking across GDCs (Grocery Delivery Center) and retail locations
* Manage change management efforts and operational readiness at each site
* Coordinate vendor activities (technology providers, food & beverage partners, logistics)
* Translate technical capabilities into business and operational outcomes
* Support training and onboarding for end users in partnership with Walmart and Wiliot
* Identify risks, common pitfalls, and process gaps across deployments
* Operate independently while aligning closely with Walmart's on site leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience in Product Management
* Hands-on exposure to IoT, Bluetooth, or connected device ecosystems
* Experience working in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environments
* Proven ability to operate in highly regulated, operational settings
* Strong stakeholder management across technical and non technical teams
* Comfortable coordinating across app teams, vendor teams, and internal enterprise groups
* Experience interacting with mid level management and executive stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
