Description:
We re building smart, scalable, AI-native products and we re looking for a Senior Python Developer who s excited to shape the next generation of intelligent systems.
You ll work at the intersection of backend engineering, LLM agents, and automation, using tools like LangChain, OpenAI, and FastAPI to ship real-world features fast.
- Design & integrate LLM agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Haystack
- Deploy apps to AWS/Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and ML teams in a fast-paced startup environment
Skills
- 5+ years of Python backend experience
- Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
- Strong skills in REST/GraphQL API design and system integration
- Familiarity with LLMs, vector stores, async programming
- Hands-on with cloud deployment, Docker, and CI/CD workflows
- Startup mindset: flexible, fast, and focused on impact
- Automation tools: Robocorp, Selenium, PyAutoGUI
- Experience with RAG pipelines or chatbot systems
