Job Title: Business Consultant

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Database & Web Development (Systems Audit + PMG Automation).
• We’re seeking a hands‑on Consultant to audit an existing web/database application against a defined checklist, redesign schemas, optimize performance, and merge a large body of data with accuracy and control.
• You’ll update application components/APIs to reflect new business rules and build no/low‑code workflows in PMG.
• Ideal candidates bring 6+ years with SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL, modern web stacks (.NET/Java/Node/React or similar), data modeling, indexing, and migration best practices; PMG (or comparable workflow platforms) experience is a strong plus.
