Job Description:

The Data Reporting Analyst will adapt existing paginated reports into appropriate reporting formats, transform data through ETL processes, and present information in various reporting structures.
This role supports statistical and analytical requests, ensures compliance with established data standards, and collaborates closely with other departments to deliver accurate and meaningful reporting outputs.

Responsibilities:

Adapt existing paginated reports into other reporting formats as required.
Use ETL methods to transform data granularity for embedded reporting and analytics.
Present data in paginated lists and compile row-level data extracts.
Create aggregations and visualizations and document reports clearly.
Assist with request tracking, updates, and completion using designated tools.
Comply with established data standards, policies, and operating procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to support statistical and analytical requests.
Develop documentation as required.
Maintain skills through available training opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement/Must Have:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
Familiarity with relational databases, data visualization, statistical analysis, and coding principles.
Ability to quickly learn and master new software or programming environments.
Advanced problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills focused on coaching, motivation, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Advanced time-management and prioritization abilities.
Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and user-friendly manner.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or research.
Education may be substituted with experience on a 1:1 basis.

Should Have:

Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Skills:

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree required.
Preferred majors include statistics, public administration, business, social sciences, or related fields.
Government or public-sector experience preferred.
