Process Engineering ConsultantAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Process Engineering Consultant with strong experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational transformation. In this role, you'll identify and implement process improvements that enhance client experience, increase efficiency, and drive profitability. You'll partner with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative services and deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities- Conduct end-to-end process assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and operational transformation.
- Plan, develop, and implement process strategies that support a more efficient and scalable banking environment.
- Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other process engineering methodologies to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
- Analyze process performance using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and VBA to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to design and implement solutions that improve client experience and operational outcomes.
- Support the development of new strategies and process frameworks that align with organizational goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design innovative services and experiences that deliver measurable value.
Minimum Qualifications- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to process improvement initiatives.
- Background in process engineering or a related business function (operations, strategy development, organizational design, or information technology).
- Proficiency with data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and VBA.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with both business and technology teams.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs.
Preferred Qualifications- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in financial services or banking process transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative, client-focused solutions.
