Key Responsibilities Architect and Design Solutions: Develop high-level architectural designs for Salesforce implementations, including Health Cloud and Experience Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Cloud Integration: Lead integration of Salesforce with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses). Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in Salesforce development and DevOps. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Life Sciences SMEs to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Data Security & Compliance: Implement advanced security measures (Salesforce Shield, encryption) and ensure adherence to HIPAA, GxP, and other regulatory frameworks. Innovation & Optimization: Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and scalability. Required Qualifications Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 4 years as an Architect; proven track record in Life Sciences projects. Technical Skills: Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk), and integration tools (MuleSoft, ETL). Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure for hosting and integration. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect; Health Cloud certification preferred. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Life Sciences workflows, compliance standards, and data models. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. |
