Project Manager / Business Analyst with SWIFT Experience

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong SWIFT and financial domain experience. This role involves coordinating people and processes to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet desired results. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver successful outcomes consistently.

• Create and maintain detailed project plans for client-related work.
• Document, review, and follow through on project plans and deliverables.
• Lead project meetings with clear agendas, document minutes, and track actions.
• Perform end-to-end coordination of projects with internal stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
• Monitor and control project progress, including scope, cost, and schedule, and track changes using organizational tools.
• Ensure timely project delivery without compromising quality.
• Escalate issues/risks to stakeholders as needed.
• Document and publish issues, risks, and meeting notes.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure project-related artifacts are current and stored in prescribed locations.
• Develop, document, and share weekly/monthly status reports with stakeholders.

• 5+ years of core project management or business analysis experience.
• Experience managing diverse project teams globally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in managing SWIFT projects with a strong financial domain background.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.

• PMP or Scrum certification.
• Prior experience managing projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
