Required Skills / Education:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure Government Cloud (IL5)
• Strong expertise in Azure networking and security architecture
• Deep experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and IAM best practices
• Proficiency with Bicep, Terraform, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
• Strong knowledge of AKS, container platforms, and Azure compute services
• Experience with cloud security monitoring and incident response tools
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within Agile teams
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)
• Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL5, and ATO processes
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture principles
• Experience with Platform One (nice to have)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
