Job Title: Release Train Engineer

Location: Remote ( Atlanta, GA )

Job Type: Contract W2

Skillset:
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred
Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Strong experience with the SAFe framework (SAFe 5/6 preferred)
Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in large-scale Agile environments
Facilitate and coordinate all ART-level events
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of Agile metrics, flow, and value delivery
Identify, manage, and escalate program-level risks, impediments, and blockers.
Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams
Drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring predictable delivery of PI objectives.
Define, track, and communicate ART-level metrics
Track progress against PI commitments, milestones, and dependencies.
Strong experience in Agile delivery at scale, proficient in planning facilitation, dependency and risk management, and cross team coordination.
