.Net Full Stack Developer - W2 Contract

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer for a long-term contract engagement. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and AWS, and is comfortable working across both modern cloud-based systems and legacy applications. This role will support on-prem to AWS migration initiatives, application modernization, and the development of scalable, resilient solutions. Strong collaboration, ownership, and adaptability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, and Angular

• Develop and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs

• Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning

• Participate in on-prem to AWS cloud migration and modernization efforts

• Implement event-driven architectures using Confluent Kafka

• Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in design reviews and sprint ceremonies

• Apply TDD/BDD practices and contribute to CI/CD pipelines

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications using observability tools

• Support and enhance legacy systems while defining modernization strategies

• Ensure solutions meet scalability, resiliency, and security best practices
