Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of professional product design experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong interaction design instincts and refined visual design sensibility
- Deep understanding of design systems and scalable visual languages
- Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences
- Experience running user research and translating insights into design decisions
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-intensive products
- Background in SaaS, productivity tools, or professional-services tech
- Strong grasp of accessibility, usability testing, and interaction patterns for trust-based workflows
- Passion for building design cultures and mentoring peers
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences - from concept to polished execution
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and AI researchers to translate strategy into user-centered solutions
- Shape and evolve the design system for cohesion and scalability
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design priorities
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes to validate workflows and interactions
- Champion thoughtful, intentional design decisions at every stage
- Help define and advance best practices for designing with AI
