Role: Senior Technical Product Lead
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Work Model: Currently Remote (may transition to Hybrid)

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or strategic product management

Proven experience delivering technology solutions for Health and Human Services (HHS) or federally funded programs, including:

SNAP

Medicaid

TANF

Unemployment Insurance

or similar programs

Experience leading or managing complex technical products, including legacy systems and complex data structures

Strong background in leading cross-functional teams within government environments

Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders and support capacity building for teams new to Agile and User-Centered Design

Excellent facilitation, leadership, and people management skills

Hands-on experience managing vendor teams and coordinating work across multiple vendors
