Job Title: Pega Business Analyst - Life & Annuities
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Pega Business Analyst with strong experience in Life Insurance and Annuities to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and Pega-based solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect requirements for the new application and prioritize the work into the backlog.
• Extract rules from existing systems that need to be implemented in the new application.
• Support User Acceptance testing with the Business team.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Life & Annuities products.
• Translate business requirements into Pega functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Pega Architects and Developers to design and implement Pega solutions.
• Support end-to-end Pega application development using Pega BPM, Case Management, and Decisioning.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process optimization.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum).
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal business rules
