Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Workplace Lead to own and lead the enterprise end-user computing and digital workplace services, including device management, imaging, Microsoft 365, VDI, and endpoint security. The Workplace Lead will ensure a seamless, secure, and modern employee experience while driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across workplace platforms.



This role provides technical leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder management for workplace services across global environments.





Key Responsibilities



Workplace & EUC Leadership

• Lead and govern end-user computing and workplace services across the organization
• Own workplace strategy aligned with business productivity and security goals
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex workplace issues
• Partner with IT, Security, HR, and Business teams to improve employee digital experience
• Drive automation, self-service, and innovation across workplace platforms

Endpoint Management (SCCM / Intune)

• Architect, manage, and optimize SCCM (ConfigMgr) for device management, patching, and software distribution
• Lead OS deployment, imaging, and refresh cycles for Windows devices
• Design and implement co-management with Intune and modern device management practices
• Ensure compliance with patching, configuration baselines, and security standards
• Automate deployments using task sequences, PowerShell, and packaging best practices

Microsoft 365 (O365)

• Lead administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services:
• Exchange Online
• Teams
• OneDrive
• SharePoint Online
• Manage identity integration with Azure AD / Entra ID
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across M365 workloads
• Partner with security teams on DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and information protection

VDI & Virtual Workplace

• Design, manage, and support VDI platforms (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon, etc.)
• Ensure high availability, performance, and user experience for virtual desktops
• Support hybrid workforce and remote access use cases
• Optimize licensing, capacity, and cost for VDI environments

Imaging & Device Lifecycle

• Own gold image creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management
• Standardize hardware models, drivers, and firmware
• Manage device onboarding, offboarding, and asset lifecycle
• Ensure consistent build standards across physical and virtual endpoints

Security & Compliance

• Implement endpoint security best practices (BitLocker, Defender, endpoint hardening)
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements
• Partner with security teams on incident response and vulnerability remediation

Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor workplace SLAs, KPIs, and user satisfaction metrics
• Drive root cause analysis and problem management
• Lead vendors and managed service providers as applicable
• Mentor and guide EUC engineers and support teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in End-User Computing / Workplace services
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• OS Imaging and Deployment
• Microsoft 365 (O365)
• VDI platforms
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
• Solid scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)
• Experience supporting global, enterprise-scale environments
