.NET Web Developer II at

Introduction:

We are seeking a talented .NET Web Developer II to join our team in Madison, WI. This position will involve working on web application development using .NET MVC Core, C#, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. The ideal candidate will have experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server, and various web application design patterns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop web applications using .NET MVC Core, C#, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Create and update database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions in SQL Server
• Perform unit and smoke tests to ensure the quality of the applications
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features
• Utilize Telerik Kendo (or similar), Bootstap, and Entity Framework Core for application development
• Implement security measures to prevent and respond to threats
• Work with Git for source control

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of application development expertise using .NET MVC Core with C# and JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• 5+ years of application development experience with Visual Studio including .NET application and web application design patterns
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server and Client tools, including creating/updating database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions
• 5+ years of experience performing unit and smoke tests

Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with Telerik Kendo (or similar), Bootstap, Entity Framework Core
• 3+ years of experience with source control using Git
• 3+ years of techniques to proactively prevent and reactively respond to security threats
