Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to enable high-performing, self-organized teams and drive Agile adoption across a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and transparency
- Enable delivery leadership by removing impediments, optimizing processes, and reducing rework
- Support Product Owners with backlog management, product increment planning, and requirement validation
- Drive continuous improvement, CI/CD practices, and participation in scaled Agile frameworks
- Track and report key performance metrics (uptime, MTTR, deployment frequency, incidents)
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Agile environments
- Strong Agile coaching, facilitation, and servant leadership skills
- Proven experience driving Agile adoption across teams and stakeholders
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SSM)
- Experience with Azure DevOps Boards; familiarity with ServiceNow
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
- ITIL 4 Certification
- Basic infrastructure knowledge (cloud, virtualization, networking, IT operations)
