Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong experience in full-stack development using Java technologies.
Hands-on expertise with ReactJS for frontend development.
Proficiency with DevOps tools and practices.
Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Experience:

Leading development teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
Designing and developing full-stack Java and ReactJS applications.
Implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Working in fast-paced, Agile environments.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Design, develop, and implement full-stack Java and ReactJS applications.
Implement and manage DevOps solutions to support development and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality.
Enforce best practices and coding standards across the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth execution.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Should Have:

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
Exposure to cloud-based application development.

Skills:

Java full-stack development.
ReactJS.
DevOps tools and practices.
Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Team leadership and communication.

Qualification and Education:
