Experience Required:

5+ years overall software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Datacapand AWS Textract

Key Skills:

- IBM Datacap Studio & Navigator customization
- Document capture, classification, and data extraction (printed & handwritten forms)
- AWS Textract integration
- Workflow automation and intelligent data capture
- Custom scripting, modules, and third-party integrations
- End-to-end testing (unit, integration, system)
- Strong collaboration with business and technical teams
