Role Summary

We are seeking a QA SDET Automation Engineer to support automation testing for a healthcare-related platform. This role primarily focuses on API automation, with additional responsibilities in UI automation, CI/CD integration, and test data creation using C#-based automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated API test suites using C#.
• Perform backend data validation using SQL.
• Build and execute UI automation tests using Selenium or Cypress.
• Integrate automation test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• Create, manage, and maintain test data utilities using C# and SQL.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams in an Agile environment.

Skill Expectations (Approximate Focus)

• API Automation (C#, SQL): 50%
• UI Automation (Selenium/Cypress): 30%
• CI/CD & Automation Frameworks: 10%

Required Skills

• Strong experience with C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Hands-on experience in API automation testing.
• Experience with Selenium or Cypress for UI automation.
• Proficiency in SQL for backend and data validation testing.
• Experience working with GitHub or Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with xUnit or NUnit testing frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or related regulated domains.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development/testing tools.
