Position Overview

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer

Role and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / ERP) solutions based on business requirements
• Configure entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and security roles
• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows
• Build and support integrations using Dataverse, REST APIs, Azure services, and third-party systems
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and governance standards
