Summary
Job Title: Application Support Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Johnston, RI (Remote with 1 day onsite per week)
Our client is hiring an Application Support Engineer, the candidate should have strong L1 & L2 application support experience, including Autosys job monitoring and support. The role involves incident management, application support, troubleshooting, and status reporting. The candidate will also act as the client-facing POC, coordinating closely with offshore teams and management for smooth operations.
