Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in utilizing Relativity or RelativityOne for advanced search constructions, development of review and quality control processes, and report generation.
- Demonstrated experience in advising on search term creation for data collection and reduction, and in deploying analytics to optimize the review process.
- Background in reviewing documents under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
- Holding a certification in Relativity or RelativityOne, preferably as a Review Specialist, is highly desirable.

Desirable Skills:
- Holding a Relativity Review Certification is an asset along with experience in using Microsoft Purview search syntax.

Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the workflow of the [Client's] Freedom of Information Act review teams, encompassing tracking of inquiries, aiding in the setup of RelativityOne Gov for review, crafting specialized searches, and analyzing data sets.
- Act as the main point of contact for coordinating the electronic discovery requirements of the client's FOIA teams, guiding them through all stages of discovery.
- Provide authoritative consultation based on extensive expertise to advise on technological solutions and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop and apply exact technical approaches and objectives to formulate and enforce project plans, including stages like data gathering, processing, production, and review.
- Offer recommendations to legal units on the selection of technology to fulfill specific discovery demands, including activities such as early case assessment, document search, and review to achieve maximum efficiency, promptness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Assure the uniform application of standard operating procedures for electronic discovery assignments throughout the course of the case.
- Manage and delegate tasks in response to discovery demands, while providing consistent updates and metrics regarding the status of the project through each phase.
