Compensation: $65.18/hr (W2)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Python Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience to drive the development of next-generation AI-powered web applications. This role is unique in its focus on Agentic Systems and Generative AI, requiring a developer who can move beyond standard automation into building systems that plan, reason, and utilize advanced LLM tools.

Key Responsibilities

* AI Integration: Utilize AWS Bedrock to integrate foundation models for NLP and text generation.
* Agentic Systems: Design and implement intelligent agents featuring reasoning, memory management, and autonomous tool usage.
* Full Stack Development: Architect scalable backends in Python (Django/Flask) and high-performance frontends in Angular.
* API & Data: Develop RESTful/GraphQL APIs and manage complex data models in relational and NoSQL databases.
* Lead Lifecycle: Own the full SDLC from conceptualization to deployment in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

* Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience.
* Primary Skills: Expert-level Python and Angular.
* AI/ML Specialty: Proven experience with Generative AI and building Agentic workflows.
* Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS (specifically Bedrock).
* Engineering Standards: Strong background in writing testable code, participating in code reviews, and designing distributed systems.
