CRM Lead

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Lead to join our team. The CRM Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management system. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that our CRM system meets the needs of our organization and helps us to effectively manage our customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of our CRM system, ensuring that it is customized to meet the specific needs of our organization
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CRM system integrates seamlessly with other systems and technologies
• Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior and trends
• Train team members on how to effectively use the CRM system and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in CRM technology
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system
• Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Proficiency in Oracle, MuleSoft, Fusion, PHP, JavaScript, and Genesys
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in CRM technology
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of SQL databases
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience with project management
