Contract: This is a Contract position.
Mode of Interview: Virtual Interview via Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties

Architecture & Development: Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform, adhering to best practices to ensure optimal performance.
- Development focus includes: Lightning Aura Components, APEX programming, and utilizing Force.com APIs.
Customization & Configuration: Maintain, enhance, and create complex workflows, Process Builder flows, Visual Flows, and other functions and configurations.
Integrations: Handle and implement third-party integrations and troubleshoot issues with partner applications. Monitor and manage exception logs for backend system integration with SFDC.
Requirements & Testing: Work with business teams to translate needs into actionable Salesforce requirements. Manage user testing, including developing test plans, creating user test cases, and validating results against requirements.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and create advanced-level customized reports and dashboards, including designing reporting in Salesforce using Conga. Develop complex, macro-driven reports for Senior Management.
Documentation & Support: Create and maintain documentation on processes, configuration, and user guides. Log, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems.

Required Skills & Expertise

The role requires proven experience in the following specialized Salesforce capabilities:

Salesforce Architecture/Development: Proven experience with Lightning Aura Components, APEX programming, and Force.com APIs.
SFDC Configuration: Expertise in developing and managing Flows (Visual Flow/Process Builder), Workflows, and Communities.
Reporting: Experience with advanced customized reporting and dashboard creation, specifically using Conga and adhering to best practices for data volume.
Project Lifecycle: Involvement in all aspects of the project life cycle, from requirements analysis and design through testing and post-production support.
Data Management: Experience assisting with migration from older systems, data import using tools like Data Loader, and managing system problems.
