Summary

Role: Project Manager V or Product Project Manager

Location: Houston TX
Hybrid: Four days onsite Monday to Thursday, remote Friday

Duration: 12-month contract with potential extensions

Interview Process: One round panel interview via Teams

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will lead end to end delivery of software and digital initiatives supporting enterprise platforms. This role partners closely with engineering, data, and AI aligned teams to deliver high quality solutions in an evolving and ambiguous environment. The role reports into a technology leader with responsibility for AI driven initiatives, making comfort working alongside AI, data, and cloud focused programs important.

Key Responsibilities

Lead software delivery projects across the full product lifecycle
Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Partner with engineering, data, and AI aligned teams to translate business requirements into executable plans
Lead cross functional teams including developers, QA, and vendors
Support delivery of AI enabled or data driven solutions even if not hands on
Drive communication with stakeholders, leadership, and steering committees
Ensure strong governance, reporting, and adherence to SDLC and project management best practices
Facilitate testing, UAT, and deployment planning
Prepare cost benefit analysis and executive level presentations

Required Experience

10+ years of project management experience in software or digital environments
Exposure to AI, machine learning, data platforms, or analytics programs
Strong experience leading application development teams
Comfort working in ambiguity and fast evolving technical programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cloud platforms and modern digital architectures
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
PMP or PMI certification
