Job Title: Senior / Enterprise Business Analyst PeopleSoft (HR Systems)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior / Enterprise Business Analyst with strong PeopleSoft HR systems experience to support enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead business analysis efforts across complex ERP implementations, legacy system modernization, and process transformation projects.
This role requires deep experience working with PeopleSoft HRMS modules, enterprise architecture, data integration, and stakeholder management in large, complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, and management across the full SDLC
* Drive business process reengineering and organizational transformation initiatives
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
* Support PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, conversions, and documentation
* Perform enterprise system analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
* Analyze and support data management activities, including migration, integration, and reporting
* Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and implementation standards
* Apply information security principles in system and data design
* Support Agile/Scrum delivery, including backlog refinement and Azure DevOps tracking
* Lead stakeholder workshops, user training, and change management activities
Required Skills & Experience
* 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments
Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM, including:
* HRMS
* Base Benefits
* Benefits Administration
* Payroll
* Pension Administration
* Expertise in business process analysis and reengineering
* Advanced SQL (Oracle and SQL Server)
* Experience with data modeling, data migration, and system integrations
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture and legacy system modernization
* Experience documenting functional and technical requirements
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting enterprise systems across HR, Finance, Procurement, Benefits, and Compliance
* Hands-on experience with MS Azure DevOps for requirements and delivery tracking
* Familiarity with secure file transfers and integration patterns
* Experience working in government or large regulated organizations
Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred certifications:
* CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA
* PMP
* CSM / CSPO
* ITIL
* MBA (plus)
